because if you clone the C: and the boot manager is not located on the C: whats the point in cloning when you have a boot problem? After copy, I disconnected my old HDD, and moved new SSD to same SATA-cable, where original was, and got BOOTMGR Missing error. After figuring out what IT pros already know, I than rerecovered with the proper setup and it works just fine. I ran TDSSkiller & got rid of the trojan with the same tools I mentioned above & 2 more that I can't recall. It is super fast, once it gets into windows that is.
