Yes I get errors very regularly. This error may occur as a result of a Disk2VHD P2V conversion. This step gives the disk a different disk signature. Check This Out No Yes How can we make this article more helpful?
The template was created based on a VM and a Disk ID was created but that Disk ID is not changed when a new VM is deployed from that template. That answer from MS has never been acceptable…and still isn't. Please try again later or contact support for further assistance. So why am I getting the error that Disk 3 has the same disk signature as disk 0?

Quick googling also gave me an impression that this warning could appear running dynamic disks (stripped or spanned) that are not fully initialized thru the disk management console.
