I tried to uninstall the language pack but it gave me an error about being required for the UM Role. If there are a large number of dialplans, hunt groups, IP gateways then it will take long time to start the service and in some cases, the time available may not Is there a solution on this issue please i wanna solve it As soon as possible?
Since this design is intentional, it is not considered a bug.
It is still vanilla install of UM. Event id 1038: The Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service wasn't able to start. Current state = "Ready and Accepting calls". The service crashes and starts stright away successfully only yo crash again.
So why the reference to 206 in the first error? The state of the UM worker process is "Ready". Keeping an eye on these servers is a tedious, time-consuming process. Event Xml:
