There were a whole bunch of things suggested in the link I gave you (to eventID.net), if you havent all ready I suggest you browse through them. The error is in the data field. Had to reboot the 2003 server for it to take affect then the 2008 server. Telling the 2003 server to use TCP for kerberos seemed to fix the issue (ME244474).
