Awesome Inc. I removed the service app and readded it (in test env), I even deleted the synchronization connection and recreated it, and it still fails on the larger domains. Help? I am not sure what initiates this command but doing a little research on the command shows that it could cause the SQL connection to drop.

It appears to be related to the size of the domain since the two that fail are the largest by far (80000 and 40000 objects, I think). I captured the following ULS log info when the sync failed. Still having the same issue, this time I only added three domains in the forest to the sync connection, the two smaller ones succeeded, the larger one failed. The reason I opened the FIM client was we noticed that information for some users wasn't updating, thats where we saw the errors. More information is included below. How did Adebisi make his hat hang on his head? I looked at what SP was running and used the same order.
