(Malwarebytes does not find any problems either.)I have the same problem. the solution for windows 7 just letthe computer on one night. With wuaserv service stopped I then moved to your update - 29/06/2016, was redirected to the July 2016 update rollup for Windows 7 SP1 in the re-released version of September 2016 Just What I needed.
