the first 4 step didn't work so i want to try the 2nd 3 step and when i enter this code "netsh dhcp server scope" it tells me the command needs a i ran multiple scans , scripted an auto PING to check availibility of all IP addresses which confirmed that the IP is not in use. I am 200% sure the IP is not leased from any scope. No ping, no nslookup, no DNS record for the IP address. 4. Lookup dhcp reservations [pages 712-716]. What could be the cause?
