I have tried from Outlook, Gmail, and Thunderbird... This is an anti-spam error in that it prevents mail servers from accepting spam where the domain is completely fake, meaning the message could not really have originated there. I've checked password, and all other standard 'is it plugged in?' kind of things - I've gone into the config editor and upped the timeouts of mailnews.tcptimeout, mail.server.server1.timeout, etc. main.cf file is setup exactly like the "Perfect Server" setup for Fedora 8 & local-host-names are correct.

If all your files and folder permission is set to 777 they can't access to SMTP config.

As soon as I showed them this tool, yes, they admitted that they have problem and opened the port. I've now done that, and still...same problem except now, it's not showing two types of webmail for each account, just IMAP. How are water vapors not visible? There is no way you could get the same error message if the outgoing server port is no longer 25...
