I think I had something mounted that wasn't on the local drive anymore. But system files missing after a restore, that's is bad. So I go into c:\program files\magicdisc and look in there - there's an UNINST.EXE and a UNWISE.EXE. Damned if I can do much with the data inside the image, though!! In Media Player or CyberDVD it says no DVD in drive.If I right click on the MagicDisc icon, I see that the ISO is still mounted there.
Ham Radio naysayers, check this out. It's a very basic install with minimum drivers. NO avail... Winiso Windows failed to boot and I had to use Startup and Repair to go back to a previous working configuration (It removed magicdisc) Anyone know why?

Sometimes when you already have an image mounted you need to unmount all images then mount the ISO. I installed W7 64 and set up IRST using a 32gb mSATA as cache.
geetarexApr 3, 2011, 2:44 PM I have the same problem. Iso Mounter Delete the entire folder (should be something like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\mcdbus) Search again. I have not found information about this bug anywhere so I thought I'd ask here. And on to DaemonTools Lite which worked much better.

The file extension is .uif, which is a proprietary format of MagicISO, so as far as I know I have to use their program (MagicDisc) to mount the image because the It didn't install properly.
